When the Buyer and Seller agree to use our on-line services, they agree that the use of email, scanned documents, e-signatures, as well as Fax, USPS and Fed-X are all acceptable means of communication of our legal real estate agreements. Federal Law now permits electronic signatures to purchase real property using Internet services anywhere in the United States. Of course, we still do it the old fashion way in our office, using real sheets of paper with Buyer and Seller signatures in ink.
