Usually bronchitis has no such symptoms.It is the inflammation of bronchus mainly by respiratory tract infection or by any irritation or inhalation of fumes etc.In long standing cases it may be associated with dehydration which may cause mild burning sensation of eyes but its has no connection with skin itching.If brochitis is due to inhalation of any toxic or irritants-it may cause skin itching by direct skin contact.
