buildmaster is still supported but not the -r and -y flags. In releases prior to 11.0.x, these flags were used to edit the SQL Server configuration block. As of 11.0.x, the configuration block has been replaced with a flat file, editable with any text editor. All other buildmaster options are unchanged. buildmaster still works the same way it always has to rebuild the master device.
