Is BS Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of UP DIliman a good pre-med course?
If you really want to take your pre-med course in UP Diliman, then the following could your choices: BS Applied Physics (5 yrs) (4129) – you can actually make this your pre-med course because there are lots of laboratory experiments here. You can also get this if you’re planning to focus more on the Physics part of medicine (such as oncology, MRI, xray, and all that). BS Biology (4038) – obviously, this is a famous choice. But one downfall about this course is that Botany and Zoology are part of its curriculum. Memorizing the kingdom, phylum, order, and the such would be senseless if you push through on studying medicine. BS Chemistry (4046) – you can also take this course because there are tons of laboratory experiments in its curriculum. You can also take this course if you want to pursue of the Chemistry part of medicine (such as anesthesiology).
