Is broyhill furniture good quality?
Broyhill furniture used to have a good reputation, but now their furniture is made in Mexico, China and ours was made in Viet Nam. We bought a bedroom suite from Broyhill in Coquitlam, B.C. Canada. When the furniture arrived we were very disappointed. The night tables were a dark brown and the rest was black like it should be. We phoned Broyhill and talked to their service rep. – Sherry – and asked for replacement night tables. She said that Broyhill had a no returns no refunds policy. Then I phoned their head office and they told me to phone the store where we bought it from. So, when I phone the store they tell me to contact head office. I then checked with the Better Business Bureau and and found that they had an F ratting, the lowest you can get. Also, be very careful what you sign with these people. If you insist on going to Broyhill, check the back of the furniture to find out where it was made and also check your locl BBB. DON’T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
