According to Radar Online, the two had sober minders, individuals employed to help others with alcohol problems stay away from booze, with them in Aspen. But despite the presence of the sober minders, Sheen and Mueller both consumed alcohol, and after they went out to dinner with their minders, they returned home and kept partying. But Sheen and Mueller aren’t splitting up yet, according to Sheen’s attorney. “They have two children together and they love one another,” Richard Cummins told media outlets Saturday. “And they’re going to work through what is a difficult time and they’re going to do that together and as privately as possible.” According to Radar Online, the two may also check into rehab together.
