Is Britain fiddling expenses while London becomes a foreign city?
Mike I am a Londoner born and bred and used to be very proud of that fact but in the last decade or so its become almost unrecognisable to what it used to be, some parts of London in fact alot of it is no more than a filthy cesspit of ghettos, one group of immigrants living in one part another group living in another, its like waking up and finding yourself in another country sometimes. Where I grew up there used to be a lovely old chapel that was built in the 1600’s along with some Alms houses they were bulldozed about 8 years ago to build housing trust flats and nearly every one of them is filled to the brim with non English speaking Asia immigrants, this makes me more mad than anything as my dad worked all his life in the building trade but sadly got cancer 7 years ago, he was living with my elderly grandparent at the time and we applied for an assisted housing place for him…alas it never happened and he died before anything became available (probably to the delight of the housing
