Is brand name clothing really worth the higher price?
I believe so if it is an item you are going to use allot. If it is something that is just a fashion item that you won’t use often, no, it isn’t worth the extra cost unless you have unlimited money to spend. Over the years as a fashion freak, I have wasted so much money on things that were made well and looked good but I got bored with before I ever wore them out. I do believe in buying good shoes, handbags and leather goods if you live in a climate where you will wear them before they go out of style. I have a colletion of over priced shoes and handbags that are made so well I have had them for over 20 years but they look dated by their style. I now would rather have the thousands of dollars I spent on them.
