Not completely. netTrekker subscribers will have access to 21+ BrainPOP videos (out of a total of 700+) and http://www.brainpop.com/educators/blog/ for free within netTrekker. If you want all BrainPOP videos, games, quizzes, etc., you will need to purchase a BrainPOP subscription and access through BrainPOP.
