Is bottled Lipton Green tea equivalent to brewed Green Tea?
There is a fast difference in quality and taste, I am not sure what the difference is in health benefits, though the freshness and quality must certainly enhance any health benefits – as for any vegetable product. I note that being bagged tea, the leaves will be broken and would generally be of lower quality.
