Is bone pain common with fibromyalgia?

0

I’m not talking about joint pain, or muscle pain, but pain in one place (upper thigh bone) that is persistent, doesn’t change with position, exercise, or anything. It’s not constant, but can bring me to me knees sometimes when it hits. Just wondering if this is yet another fibromyalgia problem. Thanks for any replies.
