No. DASNY retains the right to waive bonding requirements on Construction on some set-aside projects and on projects under $100,000, (under $200,000 for non-Wicks projects) and Professional Services and Commodities contracts under $25,000. However, all necessary insurance policies will still be required even if the bonding is waived.
