Boiling of water is not a chemical change it is a physical change. When water boils, it absorbs heat energy and changes to stream. But this change is temporary and reversible. The steam can change back to water by giving out the same amount of heat. Also the mass of water boiling is equal to the mass of steam that is formed. Accordingly, it is a physical change.
