Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the United States constitution says that to be President, a candidate needs to: http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.articleii.html#section1 1: Be a “natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution” 2: Be at least thirty five years of age 3: Been a permanent resident of the United States for at least 14 years. Bobby Jindal meets all of those requirements. He was born in the United States, therefore is a natural born citizen. His birthday is June 10, 1971 so he’s already over 35 years old and he’s been a permanent resident for more than 14 years. While he did spend time in England attending Oxford, he graduated in 1994 and has been residing in the United States for more than 14 years since then. Sources: http:
