A64. Blue Cross is the first PPO in California to have received Full Accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Full Accreditation is awarded to plans that have programs for service and clinical quality that meet or exceed NCQA’s rigorous standards for consumer protection and quality improvement. Full Accreditation is the highest rating possible for PPO products.
