Is lackbird an easy song to learn on guitar?

I have the actual tabs from an issue of Guitar World that features Mark Tremonti, and according to the tabs, there are 7 guitars. Guitars 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7 are tuned down one half-step. And guitars 3 and 6 are in drop-D tuning down one half-step. The intro (Guitar 1) is very easy to learn, and you should get it in no time.
