Is black discrimination on the same level and intensity as that of Gypsies?
No, there are huge differences as black people can be more integrated in predominant society and they have their own voice no needing to be represented. People of colour are in high percentage in the USA, UK or Brazil, for instance; Gypsies are not a huge minority to be politically decisive in an election. The way society look down on them as a minority has more in common with gays. Take care.
