Is bike riding a good form of exercise?
Biking is an excellent exercise as I know that I did do it every day when I lived in Japan. For me, it is kind boring to stay in a tiny room to watch the TV or wall with headphone on doing stationary type of bike. But I do love bike around all place I could run. At that time I spent about 3 hrs a day to ride bike to work or cruise around after work. It is kind physically challenging when you rode up on a hill road and felt so excited when it speeded down hill compared the stationary type. If you could do about 10 miles a day, there is no worry about any kind of food you can’t take or too fat. And do not carry a lot of junk food with you while you do this exercise, but water. If you felt hungry in the half way, then eat something easily digestive such as sushi, laman noodle.
