Is becoming a vegetarian the reason im sore and tired after excerise?
if your female, you could be losing iron during your periods, id think that 5 weeks is too fast for that to happen, but, its a possiblity, im not a doctor so cant say it is or isnt whats going on but its an idea also your blood sugar levels could be low,if your not eating as much or as often,your glucose drops so you should be eating ,as im sure youve heard the saying, ‘little and often’ if youve just began the excercise, yes it will hurt for the first while, espeically if you dont properly strech the muscles first, you could damage yourself if you dont stretch before and after excersising it sounds to me like a combination of new excersise and new eating causing your body to kinda be a bit ‘shocked’ you need to slowly introduce it not shock it
