Is Bear Tracks available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
Bear Tracks is NOT available between the hours of 2:00 am and 6:00 am Mountain Standard Time with the exception of Mondays. Also, Sunday is a variable access day and service can be interrupted without notice at any time. Please check the Bear Tracks Operating Hours for information regarding closures for scheduled maintenance. Please note that Bear Tracks must be brought down on a regular basis to complete batch processing. There are certain processes that would cause serious performance issues if completed while users were accessing the database. The nightly 2:00 am – 6:00 am window of down time allows these processes to be completed.
