No, but you can go down Eagle Hall since there are lots of hawkers selling produce. Eagle Hall is on the road from Baxters Road travelling out from the city. When you get to the end of that road you will see them. On Baxters Road and Carrington Village there are some as well. Bear in mind that the prices will be more expensive on Sundays.
