A. 1. Yes it is! It is administered to those who request it once they are over age 12 and they are prepared to make a personal confession of Christ as their Saviour. Prior to this, there must be evidence of repentance and a new birth. Baptism is done my immersion, using the Trinitarian formula. There is no infant baptism.
