The tableware is made in China. The manufacturer claims that they pay its workers fair living wages according to living standards in China and provides vacation, housing, normal work hours etc. for its workers. We have currently no way of verifying this information. Please view the labor audit reports here. At present, World Centric is considering opening our own Bagasse factory in India using Fair Trade standards.
