No. One of Axon Scientific’s co-founder was a co-founder of the BioSynTech in 1997 and BST Scientific in 1998. However in 2007, there was a split and share swap resulting in BSTM Group/BioSynTech being managed by one partner and BST Scientific by another. The partner managing BSTM Group/BioSynTech has no shares and interest in Axon Scientific, as it was formed after the split and it traces its lineage from BST Scientific.
