Is Avid responsible for resolving compatibility issues with products that participate in the Avid Certification Program?
This is a joint responsibility of Avid and the third party partner. For “Avid Certified” products, both Avid and the third party partner will provide users with clear information on where to find support. If an issue cannot be readily resolved, then Avid and the third party will work closely together to address it.
