Automatic Updating is available for Macintosh OS 10.2 and above. Please visit http://www.bol.ucla.edu/software/sophos/ to download Sophos Anti Virus for OS 10.2 and above. Automatic Updating features are not available for Macintosh OS 10.0 – 10.1 and Mac Classic. You will need to manually update both the engine and the IDE ( virus identity) files. Please follow the update instructions linked from our Sophos site at: http://www.bol.ucla.edu/software/sophos/ NOTE: Please note maintenance and retirement date for these clients.
