A business method is a collection of interrelated tasks linked to day to day business functions.There are three types of business processes:1.Management processes: Typical management processes include say corporate governance.2.Operational processes, which is core business and create the primary value stream. Typical operational processes are – Purchasing, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales3.Supporting processes, which support the core processes. Examples include Accounting, Recruitement, IT-support.Corporate governance, manufacturing, accounting or recruitment are day to day direct business functions which are mandatory for business and hence termed as business method or method of doing business.
