I reported to the Senate last evening that the Prime Minister spoke to Prime Minister Sir Michael Somare, offered of course Australian support with the search and rescue effort in PNG, and that offer was gratefully accepted by Sir Michael. And obviously all assistance is being provided by Australia and it’s been, I think, a very quick, and very thorough, and very appropriate response by the Australian Defence Force, and I stress the urgency of the response in obviously the very difficult circumstances that we have in relation to the missing aircraft.
