Is Audi TT reliable?
I am trying to buy a used car. The budget is around $20,000. I am thinking German car like Audi, BMW, and Mercedes. So far, my list is Audi TT and CLK 320 and it seems like a lot of people told me that CLK 320 is not reliable. So Audi TT owner, Tell me bad and good things about TT. Thank you. A: My brother in law had a CLK320. He tried the Z3, TT, Boxter and CLK and got the CLK cause he liked the retractable hard-top. After 1 year he dumped it and got his 2002 TT (225HP 4cyl) which he has had since and loves it. I don’t think he had trouble with the CLK, but he decided it drove too much like a “big car” and wanted something that was more sporty feeling. I have a 2005 TT (250HP 6cyl) and love it. The car is solid on the road. Everything just fits. Seats are comfortable, the steering gives good feedback of the road without being too heavy – just heavy enough.
