Is attempted burglary a felony?
If it is an attempt it is still a felony. No matter what you did, you were involved. When you go to court if you have a good lawyer and as a best result maybe you might get minimum of 2 months in jail depending the laws at where you are located at. Also, that should not be all because you will probably get probation, community service, and stop programming to do. It will get you frustrated but make sure you respectful to the judge and make sure that you look innocent and normal at the court so dress casually. If your lucky you might get better result but it will be tough. Some judges might be lenient but some judges can be strict.
