Yes! Our Director of Nursing Practice Development works one-on-one and in small groups with all of our new graduate nurses to coach them in test-taking skills, anxiety reduction, and content review as necessary. Our first-time pass rate among our new grads is 96%. We also reimburse new grads for NCLEX review course and NCLEX registration fees. Please see our Human Resources page to view details.
