Is ASL accepted for foreign language credit?
Many colleges and universities accept ASL to satisfy requirements for a foreign or second language. The University of Georgia recently passed a resolution that will accept ASL in most of its colleges and programs. Currently, ASL does not satisfy foreign language requirements at Georgia Perimeter College, but that is being reconsidered for the future. It is best that you check with the program to which you want to transfer.
