I wouldn’t say Askville is an MTurk system, but they both are owned and operated by Amazon, and are somewhat inter-related. Unanswered Askville questions are sent to Mturk to be considered there, and mturkers who answer Askville questions in MTurk do get experience points and coins and stuff here in Askville. So, they are intertwined, but I wouldn’t say Askville is part of MTurk, but that they both are part of Amazon. Both can survive without the other, but both contribute to the other.
