Is Asilomar a kosher facility?

During the Hazon Food Conference, Asilomar is a glatt kosher facility please respect the standards of kashrut by resisting the temptation to bring in food from home. The Asilomar staff is working closely with the Vaad Hakashrus of Northern California. There will be a masgiach (supervisor for kashrut) on site during all food preparation and food service.
