AsiaWorks is a company – a secular business organisation with no ties to any religion. Our trainings are not faith-based, but honour and respect the world’s religions and spiritual traditions. In our trainings we provide an opportunity for open dialogue on some of life’s questions. These are often the same life questions and values that are explored in religion, in philosophy and in everyday teaching, such as honesty and trust, choices, personal responsibility, integrity and so forth.

This exploration can create an opportunity for training participants to examine their beliefs, to deepen their personal faith, or to question it. If, as a practising member of your faith, you are concerned that participating in a discussion about beliefs that may be different from your own would be a problem, we ask that you seek counsel from your spiritual leader.
