No, it is not. They use very different approaches and underlying technologies. ArtMatic Voyager is an extension of the ArtMatic technology and is very very different from Bryce. ArtMatic Voyager constructs large virtual worlds from either ArtMatic systems (which you can build from scratch) or its built-in planets. A large library of ArtMatic systems is provided that are great starting points for creating your own planets.
