Is architecture a good career option in india at present?
yeah, it is a good option… archi is the coolest of all branches of engineering… coz u dont have to bind urself in a schedule and u can work when u want… and talking of prospects… as india is progressing, ppl earning more money, they’ll go for well planned and developed houses… and abroad, in places like dubai, singapore, gulf countries, australia…architects are in great demand… though i m myself a mechanical engineer, but i always liked architecture… and if u get into an IIT u can have great time learning here, ppl here go to various locations to study various styles of architecture… so good luck… and believe in urself, do what u like or u’ll be forced to like what u get to do….
