Is April a Good Time To Visit New York?
Yes April is a wonderful time to visit New York. The weather will be quite nice around that time, it will just be starting to get warmer after the cold winter. It usually rains quite a lot in April so make sure you bring an umbrella just in case. There’s also the odd chance that there may be a very late cold snap so be prepared for that too. Average temperature low will be about 7 C / 44 F, and the average high is around 16 C / 61 F. Los Angeles weather will be a lot warmer, but be forewarned, Los Angeles is really over-rated and isn’t, in my opinion, as nice as New York City or other west coast cities like San Francisco so you may want to make sure you know were you’re going in LA because I went there without any real plan and it sort of ruined my trip. They have no good public transit and there’s traffic jams all the time. San Francisco and San Diego are so much nicer than really anywhere in LA.
