Is Apple better than Microsoft in terms of music quality in their products?
The sound quality will not differ between products. They all output the same music. The differences are the features that they support and the interfaces that they use. iPods iPhones and istuff use iTunes. I tunes is a very easy to use interface for buying transferring and organizing music on your device. Microsoft uses media player and other applications to transfer music to their devices. the interface for these tends to not be as intuitive. The only other difference is the type of files that the devices are capable of playing back. This might be a consideration if you have a large number of files in a particular format. see below.
