I know you can’t believe everything you hear/read/see, but I have read several books, seen a show or two, and read some articles about Kurt Cobain, and all I can get is “an undiagnosed stomach condition” that he had suffered for years. Apparently, he felt a nauseating, burning sensation in his upper abdomen and had seen many doctors, but no one was able to tell him what was wrong. And the only treatment Cobain found uselful was heroin…that was all that would take the pain away. I did read a book called Who Killed Kurt Cobain that described an interesting perspective on causative factors of his death that left my mind wondering…
