Is anyone using Barb Brunos “Top Producer Tutor” recruiter training product?
I am graduate of Barb Bruno’s Top Producer Training! I am also now a successful recruiter working primarily with manufacturing companies in a variety of industries. My employer invested in the full 80-day course and my experience was very positive. The pluses of this training include; #1 New recruiters can be working and learning at the same time (rather than being in training for a protracted period of time without the opportunity to earn income). #2 Her training is reality based, common sensical in nature, and involves a great deal of repetitive statements to drive the points home. #3 The training is user-friendly and easy to navigate. #4 She supports the training after completion with e-mails and on-line training resources. The negatives; #1 The training is 80-days long (40-days on candidate recruiting and 40 days on client marketing). Since the concepts are mentioned repeatedly I would submit the course could be significantly shorter. All in all I enjoyed the training and would rec
