The best time to view the meteor shower would be in the dark hours of the night, so your best bet it to start looking early in the morning. To cut out some light pollution, wait until the moon sets at about 3 AM to get a better look. I would recommend observing from 3 AM on. Look straight above you (zenith) to observe. It should be visible throughout the night sky, and it is sure to be spectacular. I myself will be watching tonight. Happy observing!
