Is anyone out there using Air Filters in their home?
A few months ago, I went to my local shopping mall and bought an air purifier from Brookstone. It was on sale, from $300 to $200. The purifier I bought only came in one model, but across the hall was a Sharper Image. I compared both purifiers. The one from Brookstone cleaned more particles out of the air, had a longer filter life (before you need to clean them), was less complicated to use and was cheaper, even before the sale. I brought it back home and used it in three scenarios. I placed it in the kitchen, where my mother would constantly cook up heavy meals. Even she noted the air seemed clearer than opening a window. I then used it in another open room of the house. The air was noted clearer by my whole family. The last scenario was when I returned back to my home, which is a small dorm room.
