Is anyone having trouble signing in to eBay?

I am not having any problems with my eBay account but I saw a news article a couple of weeks ago and don’t wish to scare you but this particular person had been on eBay and came off after completing what she needed to do but then realised had forgotten to do something and went to log in again – but couldn’t. She tried a couple of times during the day without success and I can’t remember how she found out that somebody from abroad had been using here log in details and had ordered and bought loads of stuff using her bank details too!
