Honestly, your best bet would be to pay for a session with a nutritionist (If you’re unsure of how to eat a well balanced diet) and spend a few sessions with a personal trainer. It will get you on the right track. If you can’t afford to pay for those, I highly suggest getting a subscription to Shape magazine. There are TONS of great at home moves every month, healthy recipes, and lots of healthy lifestyle tips. Cooking Light is also great for healthy recipes. In all honesty, you don’t miss the fat in their recipes-at all. You still feel like you’re eating a good home cooked meal, just minus the bad stuff!
