Is anyone else POd with Jacob imprinting on Renesmee?!
I am kind of angry, but not because I think that it is sick or wrong or anything else like that. As Jacob already described in the other books, he does not see Nessie as something to lust over-not at her age at least. He’s like the best big brother she could have. He loves her, but does not lust after her right now, so I don’t really see why people think their relationship is wrong, unless the skipped over that part in New Moon (or Eclipse, I can’t remember which.) I’m angry because everything ended so….happy. Everyone is happy…I mean….I durno, I wanted Jack to be all bitter and stuff, lol.
It was a little annoying, but I honestly saw it coming as soon as Bella and Jacob had that whole ‘but we belong in each others lives somehow!’ conversation. I was kind of hoping for a romance between Jacob and Leah. BUT, in response to other answers, Jacob was not going to imprint on Leah, period. If so, he would have imprinted on her the first time he saw her after first becoming a wolf. That’s how it works. Imprinting doesn’t happen after knowing someone a long time after becoming a wolf. Come on, people.
ugh i know!!! Leah would have been osm for him to imprint on. They both loved other people that they couldn’t ever have and we’re getting emotionally closer. And i wanted renesmee to marry another vampire or a half vamp/human. It’s like she didn’t have a choice on who to like because imprinting took it away from her!!!
