Is anyone else having trouble getting in to lycos mail?
Hi, I just answered a similar question, and wanted to share a helpful website I found about this issue. Apparently as of May 31, 2009 they have decided to force everyone to pay ransom to access their email accounts. Check out this link. It is an old news story about lycos mail being shut down in Europe in Feb., but scroll halfway down the page until you see the posts starting May 31st and you’ll get more info about our current situation: http://www.buzz.lycos.com/index.blog?entry_id=1874608 My advice is to alert the media, and force Lycos to allow us access to our important documents, even if only for a short period of time, to enable us to extract it!
