Is anyone else finding the newest Internet Explorer upgrade de-stabilized lots of other programs?”
I think you’ll find the same. But to answer your question, you should be able to rollback to IE6 pretty painlessly. It’s possible you’ve cleaned up and deleted the previous version, but in general it should revert to IE6 when you uninstall IE7. I’ll give the instructions below, but in case you actually need to redownload IE6, find it here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1e1550cb-5e5d-48f5-b02b-20b602228de6&DisplayLang=en Instructions: To uninstall Internet Explorer 7 and restore Internet Explorer 6 when using Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel. 2. Click Add or Remove Programs. 3. Scroll down to Windows Internet Explorer 7, click it, and then click Change/Remove. If you cannot find Internet Explorer 7 in Add or Remove Programs, click Start, click Run, type %windir%\ie7\spuninst\spun
