Is anyone else completely dissatisfied with the customer service from BT?
Yes, they are dreadful. I complained that I keep receiving silent calls and recorded message calls from overseas. They are obviously coming from the same place and I asked BT to block calls from that number. It comes up on my display as International, but BT would be able to see who it is. I told them all the steps I’d taken to register my phone for no marketing calls etc and that I look after an elderly relative so I don’t want calls coming in at all hours of the day and night. They simply suggested the very things which I told them that I’d already done. They also suggested a certain service for which the charge is £12.50 per month. They really don’t care about anything but profit. We’ll see how far that will get them with the economy as bad as it is.
