Is Anybody With Norton Internet Security 2007 Having Problems With Live Update Freezing And Always Running?

It seems since the update of Internet Explorer 7, and Norton Internet Security 07 is pretty new, the problems began. Live update is always running in background, even when I turn off the auto live update, and then run it manually, that message appears. Then if I reboot the computer and right after run live update and do start it manually, it still freezes up and I can’t even cancel without a lot of hassle and reboot. I tried uninstalling and re-installing.
